About the Village

The Village of Panther Creek initially opened in 1977 as the 2nd village of The Woodlands to be developed. Panther Creek is now home to over 12,000 residents and nearly 3,600 homes located throughout 22 subdivisions.

Named for the creek running through it, Panther Creek borders the west shore of the 200-acre Lake Woodlands, and has become a highly desired area due to its convenient location with easy access to I-45 and local amenities.

Residents are within walking or biking distance to:  Lake Woodlands, The Cynthia Woods Pavilion, The Woodlands Mall, Market Street, Tinseltown, Town Center, Panther Creek Shopping center, local schools, and several of The Woodlands most popular parks. 

Waterfront residential subdivisions located in the Village of Panther Creek include: Winward Cove, West Isle, The Point, The Cove, and Enclave on The Cove.

Additional subdivisions within the Village include: Clover Park, Creek Pines, Creek Ridge, Creek Side, Creekwood, Dell Forest, Dunlin Meadow, Havenridge, Herald Oaks, Fallshire, Fairmeade, Hickory Oaks, Hidden Lakes, Lakemist Harbor, Pinyon Pine, Pebble Hollow, Shadow Creek, Split Rock, Wedgewood Forest, and Wedgewood Estates.

Also located within the Village are Harvestwood apartments, The Pinnacles Townhomes, Forest View apartments, Copperwood apartments, Regent Care, and The Forum Retirement Community.

About The Association

Panther Creek Village Association is a 501(c) non-profit organization who's mission is to represent the residents of Panther Creek in dealings with the various local, county, state, and Federal governing bodies, as well as business and community associations within Montgomery County, Texas.  Our purpose is to be your advocate in resolving complaints involving the Villages and the various associations involved in the community of The Woodlands. Our funding comes in part from a grant from The Woodlands Associations and from fund raising activities conducted by our residents and board members. Members of the governing board are elected by residents of Panther Creek in a general community wide election. Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month, at 7:30 P.M. in the Community Association building.
